Re-Pointing

After several years of rain running along the mortar joints of a chimney, the lime will wash out of the mortar, which leaves only sand between the bricks. We can let you know if your chimney needs to be re-pointed – that is: the removal of the outer one-inch of mortar between bricks and its’ replacement with new mortar.
