Often when we’re re-roofing we are asked to replace fascia boards. We can also repair by scraping away rot, then filling and sanding, or by replacing rotted tail-ends. We can then re-paint fascia. We can protect these tails better with metal flashing on the tail-ends and by installing rainwater diverters from the roof sides into the gutters.
